Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in CM/Engineering/Design or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM/technology implementation in construction.
• Experience with team-based delivery and design-build processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviews RFP BIM requirements and develops BIM proposal strategy; participates in presentations to communicate BIM/Technology value.
• Develops case studies showing BIM/Technology value to clients; identifies KPIs/metrics.
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plan on new projects.
• Leads the execution of BIM’s role in preconstruction workflows.
• Leads BIM coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and design partners.
• Develops BIM-related activity schedules and coordinates with project timelines.
• Leads BIM kick-off meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
• Pursues personal development to stay proficient in latest BIM technologies.
• Evaluates and recommends new technology for adoption; develops BIM SOPs.
