Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or Engineering.
3+ years of experience in VDC/BIM modeling and coordination within the construction industry with a General or Trade Contractor.
Proficient with Navisworks, Revit, and Procore.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM 360/ACC; familiarity with Autodesk Formaa.
Demonstrated experience with MEP coordination, CAD standards, R5 process workflows, and Level of Development (LOD) modeling.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support BIM execution planning, model logistics, and data management; ensure adherence to VDC standards and processes.
