Job summary

AECOM Hunt in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a Sr. VDC Specialist to lead BIM/VDC efforts across projects, developing 3D/4D/5D models and resolving design conflicts with trade partners.

You will run clash detection, prepare coordinated drawings, support sequencing and field operations, mentor junior staff, and promote VDC standards while aligning with project requirements and safety practices.

Qualifications

• BIM and VDC tools proficiency required.
• Experience in construction coordination and planning.
• Able to interpret construction documents and specs.
• Strong collaboration with PMs, superintendents, design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC efforts across projects and develop 3D/4D/5D models.
• Conduct model-based clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare coordinated drawings and visuals for preconstruction and field ops.
• Mentor junior VDC staff and promote standards across projects.
