Responsibilities

• Manage adversity and obstacles with tact and good judgement.
• Credit/edit BEP and exhibits to meet project needs.
• Communicate with architects and consultants on D/B projects.
• Interpret documents and develop cost estimates.
• Build knowledge of the design-to-construction delivery process.
• Establish metrics for process improvements and track results.
