The Sr. VDC Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for leading Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) efforts, including developing and maintaining 3D/4D/5D BIM models to support project planning, coordination, and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and trade partners to resolve design conflicts, conducting model-based clash detection, and preparing coordinated drawings and visualizations for preconstruction and field operations. The Sr. VDC Specialist will support construction sequencing, logistics planning, and quantity takeoffs using digital tools, while promoting VDC standards, workflows, and best practices across projects. The role also involves mentoring junior VDC staff, coordinating with design professionals, and ensuring that models and data align with project requirements and company quality expectations.
