Job summary

Bosun 25F9D5Ec70Da is seeking a Senior VDC/BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across multiple TX projects from preconstruction through field execution.

You will manage 2–3 commercial projects, coordinate with architects, engineers and trade partners, perform clash detection in Navisworks, model scope gaps in Revit, and help expand VDC capabilities including reality capture and field layout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of VDC/BIM experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and Navisworks; experience leading clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for commercial projects from kickoff to field execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models from design partners and trade contractors.
• Perform clash detection and facilitate coordination meetings.
• Model scope gaps and critical details in Revit as needed.
• Develop BEP/BIP documents tailored to each project.
• Support Preconstruction with BIM-based quantity takeoffs and planning.
