Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIM-related field or engineering/architecture
• 3-4 years of VDC coordination experience
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC coordination and reality capture processes with minimal supervision
• Ensure adherence to BASLINE/Enterprise VDC standards and BIM Execution Plan
• Coordinate with project teams, facilitate meetings, and document actions with minutes and RFIs
• Create and review 3D coordination models to resolve constructability issues
• Mentor less experienced VDC engineers across regions/units
