0-1 years of VDC Coordination experience or equivalent education/experience.
Knowledge and skills in BIM design software and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges.
Combines all building discipline models into 3D design software coordination model.
Reviews coordination models for constructability issues using clash detection.
Assigns responsible party for issue resolution; documents with minutes, submittals, RFIs, updated models.
Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve issues and review schedules.
Utilizes Reality Capture technology (laser scanning, drones) to support deliverables.
Supports 1 VDC deliverable under supervision.
