Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM or related field.
3-4 years of VDC coordination experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Independently completes VDC coordination and reality capture with minimal supervision.
Supports baseline and enterprise VDC standards implementation.
Applies BIM standards and BEP on projects.
Ensures quality of day-to-day VDC deliverables and reports issues to VDC Manager.
Mentors junior VDC staff across regions.
Facilitates meetings and coordinates with internal/external teams.
Creates 3D coordination models to resolve constructability issues.
Uses reality capture hardware and software to support deliverables.
Combines models across disciplines into a single coordination model.
