Jacobs seeks an experienced Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Engineer to lead BIM and digital delivery in our Advanced Manufacturing Group. This site-based role allows a flexible home-office location within the U.S., and you will manage BIM execution, 3D/4D/5D integration, coordinating with design and construction teams on EPCM projects near Corpus Christi, TX.

The role demands 7+ years in VDC/BIM, a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management, and proficiency with Revit,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in VDC/BIM roles within construction.
• Proficiency with BIM technologies in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
• Proficient in BIM software and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Onsite leadership of VDC activities and coordination with teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on site near Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsabilités

• Provide VDC/BIM/Digital Delivery leadership and management.
• Define digital delivery scope for project estimates and setup.
• Lead and coordinate BIM execution plans (EPCM).
• Integrate 3D logistics, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost take-offs.
• Manage Common Data Environment from design to construction.
• Lead clash detection meetings and resolution with teams.
• Coordinate laser scan data integration and Scan-to-BIM efforts.
• Oversee model redline, as-built processes and field trainings.
