Qualifications
- 4+ years of transactional corporate experience, including venture capital deals.
- Drafting and negotiating venture capital investment agreements and related docs.
- Advising emerging companies on board and stockholder communications.
- Supervisory experience mentoring junior associates in venture financings.
- Proficiency with cap tables, Excel, and legal technology tools.
