Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate to join its Entrepreneurial Ventures practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sophisticated corporate experience with a focus on venture capital and emerging company representations.

Duties include drafting investment agreements (NVCA forms), managing due diligence, preparing governance materials, and cap table management. Bar admission in New York preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
• Experience with venture capital and emerging company representation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
