BCG Attorney Search seeks a seasoned Associate for its Corporate practice in Boston to handle venture capital and private equity transactions. You will lead deal execution, coordinate cross‑practice teams, and mentor junior lawyers while building client relationships and expanding the practice.

The role requires a JD with MA Bar admission and a track record of handling complex corporate matters in a top-tier firm. An entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience at a leading law firm.
• Experience with venture capital, growth equity, or related corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong academic credentials and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to practice growth.
• MA Bar admission or eligibility for admission.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution and manage deal processes.
• Draft and negotiate principal transaction documents.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for founders, executives, and investment professionals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across practices and offices.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to practice growth.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management.
