Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical assessment and care planning for designated patient population.
• Provides safe, evidence-based nursing care per regulatory requirements.
• Directs and manages patient care delivery by the team.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for plan of care from admission to discharge.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education tailored to age, culture, and learner readiness.
• Education-focused responsibilities (60%) with structured patient and staff education.
• Supports Vascular Access Team in patient care activities (40%).
