Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Stream Lean Leader to drive Operational Excellence at the Reno distribution center. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, map core processes, and advance lean projects across the site with a leadership team.

You will mentor front-line leaders, manage change, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role demands 5+ years in distribution/logistics or manufacturing, a lean/Six Sigma background, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Statistics, or Supply Chain is required.
• Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred.
• 5+ years in Distribution, Supply Chain/Logistics or Manufacturing.
• Lean certification, Six Sigma Green Belt/Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Foot Locker’s operational strategic projects including Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Training.
• Create and maintain value stream maps for key process flows and lead Hoshin planning.
• Lead Lean certification programs for site exempt and training for non-exempt staff.
• Coach front-line leaders in leadership, communication, and change management.
• Lead large scale improvement projects across facilities with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost savings and ensure projects align with site and company strategy.
