Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Senior Value Stream Manager for the Peripheral Vascular Health Operations portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end performance, align suppliers, manufacturing sites, sterilization, distribution, and demand to run as one system.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, map future state value streams using Lean principles, and drive cost/margin improvements while ensuring manufacturing readiness and scalable capacity for released products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading people, programs, or cross‑functional teams in a matrixed org.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end supply, manufacturing, or product value streams.
• Ability to translate strategy into multi‑year roadmaps and governance.
• Strong financial acumen: cost, inventory, margin trade‑offs.
• Ability to influence from teams to exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational health, performance, and direction of PVH value streams.
• Lead mechanisms connecting OU, manufacturing sites, Global Supply Chain, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Finance.
• Lead value‑stream mapping and future‑state design to reduce waste and lead time.
• Build and govern prioritized initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and financial outcomes.
• Define product rationalization and phase changes while protecting customers and inventories.
• Coordinate the transition of new products into stable post‑market supply.
