Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex capacity expansion and manufacturing transformation initiatives. You will serve as the primary interface among Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic investments and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and execution of capacity expansion and capital investment initiatives.
• Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between project management and planning, team, and line management.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting to executives.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from concept development to equipment qualification and production readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks, supply continuity concerns, and barriers impacting timelines and financial performance.
