Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end repair and overhaul value stream.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 10 years in aerospace operations, repair/overhaul, or value stream leadership.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong Lean/Value Stream Management background.
• Experience with repair station processes and RTS documentation.

• Owns end-to-end repair and overhaul value stream including intake, inspection, teardown, repair, reassembly, testing, RTS, and final disposition.
• Map, optimize, and expand the value stream across all repair and overhaul operations.
• Lead tiered daily management, visual controls, and performance reviews.
• Oversee standardized intake, verification, and identification for all materials entering repair flows.
• Govern repair station practices, contractor work controls, and documentation accuracy.
• Establish and maintain phase-gate criteria for repair/overhaul processes.
• Lead cross-functional reviews ensuring readiness, alignment, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain documentation packages, evidence, and artifacts required at each gate.
