Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics Elyria, OH is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a cross-functional team in executing the Annual Operating Plan with focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and growth. The role demands establishing a strategic vision and driving continuous improvement across the value stream.

Key duties include coordinating with manufacturing, supply chain, design, and quality while mentoring staff, overseeing budget alignment, and presenting results to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field is required.
• Experience leading operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the Annual Operating Plan.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and growth KPIs.
• Champion kaizen events and lean initiatives to improve productivity.
• Develop associates to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Manage budget participation and long-range capital planning.
• Prepare executive and customer review presentations.
