Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Principal to provide technical leadership in cutting-edge manufacturing processes. You will drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across aerospace programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing welding processes, optimizing production, and adopting new technologies while mentoring teammates and aligning with business

Competenze

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in welding of aerospace components.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, welding process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of welding technologies such as TIG Welding, Electron beam welding, welding automation, etc.
• Knowledge of industry specifications such as AWS D17.1 and AMS2750.
• Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols.
• Proficient in Data analytics tools such as Excel
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and project execution.
