Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale, PA seeks an experienced Operations leader to map and expand value streams across repair and overhaul, drive lean improvements, and align cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep expertise in aerospace operations, phase-gate governance, and ERP/MES proficiency, with a focus on delivering faster turnaround, higher quality, and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 10 years in aerospace operations, repair/overhaul, or value stream leadership.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional operational teams.
• Strong Lean/Value Stream Management background.
• Experience with repair station processes and RTS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Map, optimize, and expand value streams across repair and overhaul operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, and implement standardized work.
• Lead daily management, visual controls, and performance reviews.
• Develop scalable repair and overhaul capabilities for growth.
• Oversee intake, verification, and identification for materials entering repair.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, inspection requirements, and RTS docs.
• Establish phase-gate criteria and lead cross-functional readiness reviews.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability across lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, PMO, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics.
