Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale, PA, seeks a Sr. Manager to own the end-to-end repair and overhaul value stream, including intake, inspection, teardown, repair, reassembly, testing, RTS, and final disposition.

Lead cross‑functional teams with Engineering, PMO, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize flow, enforce phase‑gate governance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years in aerospace operations, repair/overhaul, or value stream leadership.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional operational teams.
• Strong Lean/Value Stream Management background.
• Experience with repair station processes and RTS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Map, optimize, and expand the value stream across all repair and overhaul operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and implement standardized work.
• Lead tiered daily management, visual controls, and performance reviews.
• Support strategic growth by developing scalable repair and overhaul capabilities.
• Oversee standardized intake, verification, and identification for all materials entering repair flows.
• Ensure adherence to approved work instructions, inspection requirements, and RTS documentation standards.
• Govern repair station practices, contractor work controls, and documentation accuracy.
• Integrate Quality requirements and maintain complete traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain phase‑gate criteria for repair/overhaul processes.
• Lead cross-functional reviews ensuring readiness, alignment, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain documentation packages, evidence, and artifacts required at each gate.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement into future cycles.
