Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead R&O Maint Technician (Finance) to drive reliability and operational excellence in repair and overhaul activities. You will lead planned and unplanned maintenance on production equipment, ensuring safety and technical compliance while mentoring the team and monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities include guiding maintenance technicians, identifying process improvements, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in repair and overhaul maintenance and methodologies.
Ability to lead and mentor maintenance teams with safety compliance.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive improvements.
Technical knowledge relevant to repair and overhaul operations and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform maintenance tasks, planned PMs and unplanned repairs, on production equipment with safety adherence.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians to raise capabilities.
Monitor activities and metrics, identify improvements, implement corrective actions.
Recommend improvements to Maintenance Supervisor to boost team performance.
