Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Lansdale, PA to lead complex aerospace and defense programs. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and to drive program execution on-site under a 9/80 schedule.

The position emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and the delivery of critical programs that enhance flight safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing aerospace programs with on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Strong ability to define scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with aerospace-specific PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing and presenting proposals for new or repeat business.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.
• Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership.
