Job summary

Workday’s Value Management team in Healthcare seeks a Senior or Principal Value Manager to guide customers on an AI-enabled journey, delivering measurable outcomes and strategic decisions. You will interact with senior executives, influence broad programs, and drive long-term value realization beyond a single investment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a strategic advisor or consultant, guiding enterprise customers toward long-term, measurable outcomes from their technology investments, including regular engagement with executive leadership.
• 10+ years of experience as a strategic advisor or consultant for the Principal Value Manager, with executive engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to shape value propositions and lead complex, enterprise-wide programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare customers through ongoing outcomes realization, expanding impact beyond a single decision point.
• Engage senior healthcare executives to align around a shared strategic direction for Workday investments.
• Advise on flex credit adoption and consumption-based models to enable scalable usage of Workday.
• Shape thought leadership on healthcare and AI trends, positioning Workday and customers at the forefront.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning post-sale engagement, consumption, and healthcare-demand generation.
