Qualifications

• 7+ years as a strategic advisor or consultant guiding enterprise customers with executive engagement.
• 10+ years as a strategic advisor or consultant for Principal Value Manager.
• Ability to shape value propositions linking strategy to outcomes across large programs.
• Demonstrated executive presence with healthcare leaders in high-stakes conversations.
• Ability to influence diverse groups including senior executives toward a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing outcomes realization for healthcare customers to maximize long-term value of Workday investments.
• Engage senior healthcare executives to align around a shared strategic direction for Workday deployments.
• Advise on flex credit adoption and consumption-based models to enable scalable usage of Workday.
• Shape thought leadership on healthcare and AI trends, positioning Workday at the forefront of the conversation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning post-sale engagement, consumption, and demand generation.
