Qualifications

• Minimum eight years demonstrated experience leading value proposition, positioning, messaging, offer architecture, or go-to-market strategy in a complex organization.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Strong client orientation and the ability to synthesize research, strategy, product capabilities, and competitive context into a clear strategic narrative.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and judgment, with the ability to simplify complexity without losing nuance.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
• Executive-ready communication skills, including advising senior business leaders.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience using experimentation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing evolution of offer value propositions and positioning across the division.
• Translate business strategy, client insights, market dynamics, and competitive context into clear, differentiated positioning.
• Create messaging architectures and strategic frameworks defining audience, needs, benefits, reasons to believe, and differentiation.
• Ensure individual offers connect to a cohesive Personal Wealth story with relevance to distinct client needs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to marketing and business leaders to clarify value and presentation to clients.
• Establish direction and practical guidance enabling channels to activate positioning across the client experience.
• Develop standards, tools, and governance to improve quality and reuse of positioning work.
