Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Value & Performance Management Lead to guide performance measurement, dashboards, and spend planning on the GMOS contract for the Department of State. You’ll lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and deliver executive-ready insights.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness of services, apply ITSM practices, and translate complex data into actionable leadership guidance while advancing national security objectives.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant IT or service delivery experience.
Active Secret clearance to start.
Experience leading performance management, service measurement, and value realization in large IT environments.
Experience developing KPIs, SLAs/SLOs, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develops, submits, and presents regular status reports to stakeholders.
Prepares weekly reports, conducts stakeholder meetings, and coordinates risk/issue resolution.
Delivers reports summarizing travel and ensures compliance with requirements.
Directs development of integrated dashboards for high-level visibility of enterprise health.
Develops and maintains spend plans with detailed projections.
