Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a Business Value Engineer to drive measurable customer success, working with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption, renewals, and account growth.

You will partner with dbt Labs and Fivetran leadership to translate product capabilities into quantified business value, shaping how customers realize and sustain value across their data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of value engineering, management consulting or related client-facing roles.
• Experience in selling value-based solutions to executives.
• Ability to build and present business cases and ROI analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify value delivery strategies with sales and account teams.
• Quantify customer challenges and potential business benefits with dbt.
• Lead value reviews and build executive-level business cases.
• Analyze customer workflows to find optimization opportunities.
• Create boardroom-quality presentations and align solutions with customer goals.
• Contribute to GTM value-based motions with leadership.
