Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction, estimating, and/or design engineering experience within the Nuclear Industry.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, domestically or internationally, including Wilmington, NC headquarters for routine in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Technical Challenge & Analysis: Evaluate BWRX-300 systems, construction methodologies, and schedules to identify optimization opportunities.
• Cost Optimization: Develop cost-saving strategies through data analysis, parametric modeling, and new approaches to processes.
• Business Case Development: Build robust business cases to support cost targets and negotiations.
• Project Leadership: Lead value engineering across Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to secure resources and pace.
