Robinhood is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation to lead and execute valuations for private investments and illiquid instruments, partnering with TAFR, Corporate Development, and the RHV Private Markets Valuation Committee. Role requires in-person work at least 3 days/week across Menlo Park, NY, and Chicago offices.

You will drive complex financial modeling, governance, and cross-functional decision-making, with a focus on accurate, defensible valuations under US GAAP and SEC rules.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in valuation, financial modeling, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital, focusing on private company or illiquid investments.
• Build and audit complex financial models (DCF, comps, option pricing, waterfalls).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP fair value guidance (ASC 820) and its application to private investments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to committees, auditors, or senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling; familiarity with valuation software a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comps, OPM/PWERM, Monte Carlo) to support fair value measurements for private investments.
• Perform quarterly and event-driven valuations for private equity/venture-style investments including waterfall analyses.
• Develop and refine valuation methodologies aligned with industry guidelines.
• Prepare valuation memos and documentation for committees and auditors; liaise with external auditors on valuation-related requests.
