Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation to lead valuation analyses for private investments and illiquid holdings across the organization. You will partner with TAFR, Corporate Dev, and the RHV Private Markets Valuation Committee to ensure defensible valuations aligned with US GAAP and SEC requirements.

You will build and refine valuation methodologies, present to committees and auditors, and work across offices in Menlo Park, NY, and Chicago with in-person collaboration at least 3 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in valuation, financial modeling, investment banking or private equity/venture capital.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to committees or senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with valuation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation analyses for private investments and illiquid holdings.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comps, option pricing, waterfall).
• Prepare memos and documentation for valuation committees and external auditors.
• Ensure valuation conclusions align with US GAAP ASC 820 and SEC disclosures.
