Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation to lead valuation analyses for private investments and illiquid instruments. You will build complex models, perform quarterly valuations, and develop methodologies aligned with GAAP and industry guidelines.

You will partner with TAFR, Corporate Development, and external auditors, while driving governance, controls, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple offices with in-person attendance required several days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of valuation experience in private company or illiquid investments.
• Expertise in building/auditing complex financial models (DCF, comparables, options, waterfalls).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP fair value guidance (ASC 820) for private investments.
• Excellent communication with committees/auditors/senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling; familiarity with valuation platforms a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comparables, OPM/PWERM, Monte Carlo) to support fair value measurements of private investments.
• Perform quarterly and event-driven valuations for private equity/venture-style investments with waterfall analyses.
• Develop valuation methodologies aligned with AICPA guidelines.
• Prepare valuation memos for RHV Private Markets Valuation Committee and Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with TAFR to reflect conclusions in financial statements and disclosures.
• Maintain SOX controls over valuation processes and improve templates and data inputs.
