Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Capital Markets to own products enabling everyday investors to access IPOs, private companies, and alternatives. You will define strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ship end-to-end experiences with regulators, partners, and a world-class investing team.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to drive market-disrupting products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality consumer or consumer fintech products.
• Track record of shipping 0-1 products at scale, beyond prototypes and pilots.
• Comfort with financial products that carry genuine complexity and regulatory nuance.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, operations, or other regulated-product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of the Capital Markets product lines (IPO Access, Robinhood Ventures, or private offerings).
• Lead 0-1 launches, including in-app experiences for investing in a single private asset and discovery surfaces for private markets.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into clear customer experiences with legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Build and manage relationships with issuers, underwriters, fund administrators, and infrastructure vendors.
• Set the quality bar for complex flows that impact customer money and trust.
• Use research, experimentation, and analytics to decide what to build and prove what works.
• Communicate strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
