Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of valuation, financial modeling, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital experience.
• Ability to build and audit complex financial models (DCF, comps, option pricing, waterfalls).
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP fair value guidance (ASC 820) for private investments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to committees, auditors, or senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling; familiarity with valuation software or platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comps, PWERM, Monte Carlo) to support fair value measurements of private investments.
• Perform quarterly and event-driven valuations for private equity/venture-style investments and complex capital structures.
• Develop and refine valuation methodologies in line with relevant guidelines.
