You will contribute to business development, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality, client-ready analyses within timelines across transaction opinions and portfolio valuation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 6–8 years of prior valuation work experience required.
• Experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Significant progress toward ASA designation viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected financial information.
• Develop detailed financial models to value companies and securities.
• Direct junior staff in developing financial models and outputs.
• Manage large data sets in Microsoft Excel efficiently.
• Leverage Capital IQ and Bloomberg for valuation data.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients.
