Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC seeks a valuation professional to support advisory engagements across transaction opinions, portfolio valuation, tax and financial reporting, litigation support, and special situations. You will collaborate with senior consultants, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts.

Responsibilities include building detailed valuation models, managing large data sets in Excel, and presenting analyses to clients.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of valuation work experience is required.
• Experience leading client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Progress toward ASA designation is favorable.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management on a broad range of valuation engagements.
• Direct junior staff in developing detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients consistent with project scope.
• Participate in BRG’s business development activities and client meetings.
