Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Manager for Project Farma based in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, salaried role leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CQV and life-science project outcomes, while driving business growth and client satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee site strategy, resource planning, and performance metrics, mentor leaders, and collaborate with Market Directors to expand client portfolios and ensure successful project delivery. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in CQV engineering and project management.
• 7–13 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to client sites.
• Minimum 4 years of managing high-performing teams.
• Experience operating as a trusted strategic adviser to decision-makers.
