Job summary

Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company, seeks a Validation Lead Engineer to drive technical delivery on life sciences projects. The role involves leading complex workstreams, mentoring engineers, and partnering with site leaders to ensure compliant CQV execution and client satisfaction.

Based in the United States with willingness to travel domestically, you will contribute to project controls, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration across Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-7 years in consulting and/or engineering services.
• Full-time on-site client presence.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Execute specific technical tasks within a project, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Perform CQV tasks, such as protocol development or equipment testing, under the Site Lead’s guidance.
• Author technical documents: SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, summary reports.
• Maintain internal site tools and dashboards to track progress and metrics.
