Qualifications

• 7–13 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech.
• At least 4 years of managing teams and 2 years in business development or sales.
• Experience as a strategic advisor to decision-makers.

• Develop and own site strategy to position the firm as a leader.
• Drive site-level business expansion and maintain dashboards.
• Oversee career development and performance of the site team.
• Drive resourcing decisions and manage resource utilization.
