Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable first and last impressions.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explains parking procedures.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, maintaining composure under pressure when addressing guest concerns.
• Promotes teamwork, leads the work group, and assigns routine roles as directed by the Account Manager.
• Issues claim checks to guests after receiving vehicle keys and secures all keys.
