Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Vaccine Sales Specialist to promote flu vaccines to Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and other healthcare accounts. This field-based role requires building multi-specialty account networks, negotiating formulary acceptance, and delivering portfolio sales while aligning resources with customer needs.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop strategic account plans, manage short- and long-term goals, and collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Business, Communications, Health Policy, Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• 1–2+ years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
• Experience engaging with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
• Some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSL Seqirus vaccines to Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and other HCP accounts.
• Negotiate formulary acceptance and obtain contract commitments.
• Develop account plans and value-added programs to meet customer needs.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to grow business.
• Travel overnight as needed to cover assigned territory.
