Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Vaccine Sales Specialist to promote our flu portfolio to Pediatrics, IDN, and Public Health accounts. This field-based role covers an assigned territory in the United States, with remote work options and occasional overnight travel.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will build multi-account strategies, secure formulary acceptance, and develop value-added programs that align with customer needs while advancing CSL Seqirus' goals and ensuring long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 1–2+ years in pharmaceutical or B2B sales.
• Experience engaging with customers and explaining clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to achieve brand goals and key accounts.
• Identify opportunities with major accounts and drive product adoption.
• Organize meetings to review product information and protocols.
• Maintain long-term relationships and create new business.
• Prepare account routing and pre-call plans.
• Communicate customer needs across teams to improve partnerships.
• Travel overnight as needed.
