Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Senior Production Technician Vaccines to ensure the aseptic production area runs smoothly and in compliance with cGMP. You will complete environmental monitoring sampling, data entry, and real-time SAP documentation, while supporting safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires strong mechanical and computer skills, knowledge of SAP/Trackwise/Labware, and formal education ranging from HS diploma to bachelor’s in a scientific field with 1+ year to 3+

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in cGMP or pharmaceutical experience
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years in cGMP/pharma experience preferred
• Bachelor’s with 1+ years in cGMP/pharma experience
• Proficiency in at least three operations or product lines and being a qualified trainer in one or more areas

Responsabilités

• Follow procedures to ensure safety of self and others; participate in monthly safety meetings
• Report safety issues, incidents and near misses to team leadership
• Participate in safety walkthroughs and contribute corrective/preventive actions
• Assist in quality investigations, CAPAs, and change controls as needed
• Ensure production and documentation adhere to cGMP and quality standards
• Prepare areas for new shifts and ensure aseptic material readiness
• Complete Real Time SAP transactions for accurate inventory
• Maintain aseptic room cleanliness and proper gowning and equipment setup
