Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Vaccines at the Swiftwater, PA site to join the Engineering & Maintenance team. The role focuses on equipment reliability, root-cause analysis, and compliance in a 7/24 GMP environment at a vaccines manufacturing site.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with technicians while adhering to ISO training and safety standards to ensure uptime and safe operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years of experience and knowledge of industrial and/or process equipment.
• Associate degree preferred with 1 year experience and equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and repair site-wide equipment.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on GMP and non GMP equipment.
• Complete work orders and SAP time entries.
• Train and mentor Associate Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety requirements.
