Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Swiftwater, PA to support GMP and non-GMP equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on site-wide systems while coordinating with maintenance teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma with experience and preferred associate degree in a trade. Training, safety, and SAP documentation are essential, with 7/24 coverage and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years of experience and working knowledge of industrial and/or process equipment.
• Associate degree in a specific trade program is preferred, with 1 year experience and working knowledge of industrial and/or process equipment.
• Experience with GMP environments and aseptic gowning is preferred.
• Experience with SAP for work orders and maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root cause, and repair site-wide equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on GMP and non-GMP equipment.
• Assist and mentor other maintenance technicians; complete training modules and safety requirements.
• Complete work orders and time entries in the SAP system.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to compliance standards.
