Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Production Technician Vaccine to support the visual inspection production process in a cGMP environment in Swiftwater, PA. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

You will participate in safety, quality, and delivery activities, ensuring ALCOA documentation and real-time data capture across EBR and iSHIFT systems. The role operates on the 2nd shift and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with no experience.
• English proficiency preferred; multilingual is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Participates in monthly safety meetings.
• Reports safety issues and near misses to leadership.
• Ensures FDA audit readiness and proper SOP adherence.
• Maintains ALCOA-compliant documentation in real time.
• Executes zone 1/2, bench inspection, cap/stopper checks, and related tasks.
• Completes data entry and sampling with on-time documentation.
