Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Production Technician Vaccines in Swiftwater, PA. You will support aseptic filling in a Grade A environment, ensure environmental monitoring, and maintain strict cGMP documentation during every shift.

Responsibilities include contributing to safety, quality, and process improvements, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and training new personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires solid mechanical and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Prior cGMP or pharmaceutical experience is recommended.
• Education must align with cGMP/Pharma roles: HS or higher with related experience.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated aseptic manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Trackwise and related systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures to ensure safety and compliance in an aseptic area.
• Performs production tasks in a Grade A environment with proper gowning.
• Completes environmental monitoring sampling and documentation accurately.
• Reviews quality documentation (BFRs, logbooks) timely and precisely.
• Participates in shift handoffs and cross-functional continuous improvement.
• Supports CAPA/Change Control activities and incident investigations as needed.
