Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a Sr. UX Systems Designer to own end-to-end UX and systems design for our shared services digital product organization, serving retailer customers and internal users. Core products include websites, mobile apps, email marketing, and enterprise systems.

This senior IC will lead the design system, ensure accessibility and craft standards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver build-ready assets on time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience across websites, apps, and email.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system in a product org.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system: reusable components, templates, and standards across teams.
• Own UX design for core digital products, delivering end-to-end experiences.
• Maintain accessibility, usability, and craft standards to mitigate risk.
• Prototype and validate ideas in Figma before engineering investment.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and defend decisions.
