Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead UX/UI design across web, mobile, and CLI, driving strategy, information architecture, and a scalable design system. You will mentor a design team, collaborate with product managers and engineers, ensure accessibility and brand consistency, and own user research from concept to validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Experience can substitute for education; minimum 10 years if no degree.
• Extensive experience with graphics design applications and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Strong portfolio with UX/UI work (flows, wireframes, prototypes).
• Proficiency with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with user research and usability testing and translating findings into design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web, mobile, and CLI apps.
• Develop design strategy and information architecture across product suite.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on goals and deliverables.
• Ensure interfaces adhere to brand, accessibility, and conventions.
• Review design work for consistency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects and on-time asset delivery.
• Represent design team in strategic meetings.
• Conduct user research to validate decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across platforms.
